Zhong Yueying
Zhong Yueying was born in Heilongjiang, China in 1960 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984 and Master of Fine Arts degree in 1991 from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in China. Currently he is a guest professor of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts and lives California, United States.
Zhong has held numerous solo exhibitions in China and internationally. In China, he has been invited to exhibit his works at Art Museum at Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University Art Museum, Shenyang University Museum of Arts and Zhongbai Art Museum. Internationally, Zhong has showed his paintings at Fontbonne University, William Wood University, Stephen College, University of Missouri, Saint Louis University Museum of Art, Missouri State Museum in the United States; College of Arts at Kyonggi University in Korea, and Taiwan University of Arts. Mr. Zhong has also won many awards, including the prestigious Wu Zuoren International Fine Art Exchange Foundation Award in 1991, and the Special Oversea Grand Prize at the Asian International Ink and Brush Painting Exhibition in Tokyo, Japan in 1993.
Zhong has published more than 70 articles in various art periodicals in Mainland China and Taiwan. He is also the author of four books: The Comparative Chronicles of Major Events in Chinese and Western Art History, Charm & Style, Breakthrough in Art Creativity and The Original Art Creation.
